What does the registration
fee include?
The registration fee includes handouts and
other printed materials for your use as well as reporting and fees paid to
the State of Florida. Lunch is not included, but classes are held in
locations where lunch is easily obtainable at your discretion.

What
are Landan’s policies regarding payment and
cancellation?
Registration is not confirmed until payment has
been completed. Registering online with a credit card is the most efficient registration
method, and you will receive an immediate confirmation. We will also
send an e-mail confirmation to you if you complete the "E-mail" field in the
on-line registration form. For your convenience, Landan accepts Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
If you
would like to register by mail or pay by check, please complete and print
out the printer-friendly registration form and
mail it with your check to the address shown on
the form. After your payment has been received,
we will send a confirmation to you by
e-mail which you can print for your records (please be sure to complete the
"E-mail" field in the registration
form.) If you require another payment method, please
contact us and provide a phone number and e-mail address so that we may
contact you to make arrangements.
If you cancel your reservation and we receive your cancellation in writing (or via e-mail)
up to thirty days before the class, your registration fee will be
refunded by the payment method used at registration. The registration fee
for cancellations received in writing (or via e-mail)
fewer than thirty days before the class will not be refunded, but the amount
paid may be applied to future Landan classes. Confirmation of your
cancellation will be sent via e-mail which you can print for your records.

Are walk-in registrations
accepted?
Walk-in registration is accepted on a space-available basis. A Walk-in fee
of $10.00 will be charged.

What do I need to bring to
the classes?
Both a picture I.D. and your correct license number(s) are required in order
to record your attendance and report to the State of Florida.

What is Landan’s privacy policy?
Please refer to our Legal and Privacy page for complete information. In general, Landan
collects only the information which is necessary to provide our services, to
process payments, to
report to the State of Florida, and to contact you. Information is not
shared, sold, or rented to any third party, excepting information
which is necessary to process payments and information which we report to the State of Florida as required by
statute. All
information which you supply to Landan via our online registration forms, including
your credit card information, is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology. E-mail transmissions are not secure, and we
recommend that you exclude sensitive personal information from e-mail.
